Launch-day blocks
The Hook Blocks that open with the release, each with what it does and what it costs a swap.
Beside the core blocks, these Hook Blocks go on a pool at launch once the app lists each one as live; one that is not live yet is under Deploying soon. Each one's parameters are set per pool at launch and fixed with it. A name that links opens its page on Hook Blocks, with its parameters and whether it is live.
The lists below are the app's own catalog, so they always match what the launch flow offers.
Placed at launch
Each takes a slot beside the core blocks, with its parameters set per pool at launch and fixed with it. The gas is what the block adds to a swap.
