How it behaves
A reserve beside your pool that pays back LPs or traders after a reviewed incident, filled by top-ups at launch. You set its token, reviewer, recipient and caps, and anyone can top it up.
A payout needs a reviewer's signed attestation, waits out a 30-minute timelock, and locks at most its cap for a claim window. What is not claimed in that window rolls back into the reserve.
