Ideas to build
What is live on revenue tokens and what anyone can build next: vaults, doors and instruments settled on income the token actually received.
On this page
What is live today, and what anyone can build on revenue tokens. Everything here settles on the token's own books: the income it actually received on chain, read from assetAt(asset).received. Nothing needs a price feed or an oracle. Nothing here is a forecast of income.
Live
- Time shares and day wrappers. Sell or hand out one day's income at a time.
- Compound. Hold revenue tokens in a vault that adds their income to the token's own pool.
- Fee Bridge. A slice of each sync's ETH to the in-range LPs of the token's market.
- Hook Block takes pointed at a revenue token. Any block's take can name the token as its recipient, and the token claims it from the pool's Rules ledger on every sync.
- A pool's arb recapture as a stream. A tokenized launch locks its pools to a door, so their LP fees and arb recapture reach the token.
- Paid straight to the token. An x402 API or any payer can send ETH or a listed asset to the token's address; it counts as income at the next sync.
- Drops. Anyone can share any token with every holder.
Coming soon
- Income advance. Part of a token's future income up front.
- Automations. Route income on a schedule, like a buyback.
- Borrow against revenue tokens. Revenue tokens as collateral.
Ideas: vaults and products
- Staking vault. Deposit and withdraw at any time; the vault claims the income and buys more of the revenue token with it.
- Rolling week token. One ERC-20 that always holds the next seven days of a token's time shares, rolled every day.
- Campaign vault. Stream days of income to the stakers of a token or an LP position for a set campaign.
- Revenue token sale. Sell revenue tokens for ETH, HOOKR or a Hookr LP position, including bond-style sales that vest over time.
- Income and principal split. One side gets the income for a term, the other gets the revenue tokens back at its end.
- Fixed and variable sides. One side takes a fixed amount of income first; the other takes everything above it.
- Baskets. One token holding several revenue tokens, an index of their income.
- Lending against income. Borrow against a token's future income, repaid from it.
- Scheduled claim, swap and split. Claim on a schedule, swap the income and split it to a list of wallets.
Ideas: doors
- Receipt door. Bring offchain income, from Stripe or x402, into a token as a door.
- LP-token, range-vault and fee-vault doors. Doors for Hookr's LP token, range vault and fee vault.
Ideas: hook instruments
Each one settles on a day's actual income, read from the token's books at the day's two ends.
- Income calls. A day's income above a strike, paid to the call's holder.
- Volume binaries. Pay out if a day's income clears a target.
- Floor and upside splits. One side takes a day's income up to a floor, the other takes the rest.
- Income puts. Pay the difference if a day's income comes in under a level.
- Covered calls on days. A day's holder sells the income above a strike for a premium now.
Ideas: inside Hookr
- King of the Pool and LP Rewards paid in days. Pay a round's winner or a pool's LPs in time shares.
- Stake HOOKR for days. Stake HOOKR and earn days of a revenue token's income.
- Volume time shares Hook Block. A block that pays a pool's volume-linked fee into a token's days.
