Hookr runs a public MCP server. An agent connects once and can find pools, quote, check a trade and get back calls to sign.

What it is

Address: https://hookr.fun/api/mcp
Streamable HTTP. No sign-in, no key.
One JSON answer per POST. No sessions and no streams.
It reads Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663) through the same code hookr.fun runs, so an agent sees what a person on the site sees.

Open that address in a browser and you get a short note, not a page. The server only takes POST, which is what an MCP client sends.

The server speaks MCP 2026-07-28, and 2025-11-25, 2025-06-18 and 2025-03-26 for clients that still send initialize.

Tools

Eight tools only read.

Tool	What it does
`hookr_release`	The Hookr release the site trades on: whether it is verified, its block, its contract addresses by role and the arb recapture lane.
`hookr_pools`	Every listed pool, or one token's pools: PoolId, tokens, price, fees and Hook Blocks. Paged, up to 50 a page.
`hookr_pool`	One pool as its page reads it: Hook Blocks and their settings, the add-on and its caps, arb recapture, Wallet Cap and King of the Pool.
`hookr_blocks`	The Hook Blocks a creator can put on a pool today, with what each does and its page.
`hookr_kings`	King of the Pool's live rounds: who leads, the pot and when the round closes.
`hookr_claims`	What a wallet can claim: prizes, royalties and arb recapture shares held in pools' cores, and its PoolManager claims.
`hookr_quote`	A quote for a trade through Hookr's quoter, with every Hook Block's take, the burn and the LP fee.
`hookr_check_trade`	Whether a pool's rules let a wallet make a trade. The answer is `ok`, `refused` with the reason, or `unknown`, and `unknown` is never `ok`.

Three tools build a call for the wallet to sign.

Tool	What it builds
`hookr_build_swap`	An exact-input swap through Hookr's router, with a least output from the quote, a 20-minute deadline and the gas to send it with. Slippage is 50 bps unless you set it.
`hookr_build_claim`	The claims a wallet can send now, one call per currency.
`hookr_build_launch`	A new token's launch, as the Launch button builds it: one pool on ETH or HOOKR with the default Hook Blocks. Arb recapture is on unless you pass `arbRecapture` as false.

Run hookr_check_trade before a trade.

Build tools never send

The server holds no key. It does not sign and it does not send.
A build tool checks the wallet's balance, then simulates the call from that wallet.
It returns ok with the call, needs_approval with an approval to send first, or refused or unknown with the reason and no calls.
Your wallet signs and sends each call, in the order given.

HOOKR is one address

HOOKR is 0x18E674231A58c239Dc7DaeDcffE15Ec3A24cff5c. Another token with the symbol HOOKR is not HOOKR. Pool results mark each token official or not.

Limits

Listing the tools is free.
Each tool call counts against a read budget for your address: a burst of 24 calls, then one call every 2 seconds.
Past that the server answers 429 and a Retry-After header says when to come back.
The budget is counted on each server instance the request lands on.
A request body can be 64 KB. An answer can be 512 KB; a larger one asks for one pool or a smaller page.
A web page on another site cannot call the server from a browser. An agent that sends no Origin can.
