How it behaves
A treasury keeps a standing bid below the pool's price, a single-sided position that buys your token as the price falls into it. A rebalance pulls the position, splits its fees and places the idle quote again under the new price.
One bid watches one pool for one owner, and it trades as any LP does, through the PoolManager. Hookr takes at least 20% of the fees it earns.
