How it behaves
A new token's launch can make one first buy on each pool in the same transaction, priced from the launch price and sent straight to you. The launch's liquidity then stays in its pools until the dev-buy lock ends, 7 days by default and at most 365 days.
What you take on
- A dev buy pays every fee the pool charges a buy, so its real cost is Hookr's share, the burn and any royalty paid to someone else.
- On a guarded pool it counts against the buy cap and closes the launch block to every other buy on that pool.
- It fills in full or the launch reverts, and nothing of it is refunded.
- It takes a new token only: a launch for a token that already exists has no dev buy.
Tradeoff
- Once the launch returns you may hold at most 5% of the supply, dev buys and unplaced supply together. The lock holds the liquidity only: the tokens the dev buy bought are not locked.
