How it behaves

Before a trade, it compares the Hookr pool with Uniswap v3 and v4 pools and one-hop paths through ETH or USDG for the same trade. It offers another route only when that route beats the Hookr pool by more than half your slippage.

It is a quote read before you sign and never on the swap path, so only your minimum protects the fill. A route is one Universal Router call you sign yourself.
