How it behaves
Every few minutes the pool measures how far its price has moved, and the fee steps up toward a level set by that recent movement, then steps back down as it calms. The floor, the ceiling, how fast it climbs and how fast its memory fades are fixed at launch, and nobody can set the level.

What you take on
- A liquidity owner who moves the price can lift the level up to the ceiling, paying the fees and the arbitrage that move costs. The page shows the ceiling before anyone trades.
- Hookr takes the pool's share of the fee.
Tradeoff
- It charges the same level on every swap until the next sample, paid to in-range LPs or another outflow fixed at launch. It replaces Hookr's dynamic fees on the pools that use it.
Source verification is not an independent audit.
