Tokenomics

How value accrues

Every protocol share, from the add-on streams of the new Hookr, the integrator tiers and the earlier generations' flat fees, is swept to the treasury and used to buy back HOOKR that is then burned. The burn is executed by the treasury and every burn is visible at the dead address.

StreamProtocol shareApplies to
Base LP fee0%Every V2 swap. The protocol never takes a slice of the base fee.
Dynamic fee above base20%V2 swaps that move price; exact-output sells carry no protocol slice.
Snipe tax20%V2 buys during a launch's guard window.
LP reward cut20%V2 exact-input buys; the rest is donated to in-range LPs.
Pot20%V2 exact-input buys through the trusted router.
Burn cut20%, taken in quoteV2 exact-input buys; the protocol's slice is quote value, never the burned token.
Arb recaptureby What The Hook10% of recaptured profitPools on What The Hook's arb recapture profile; the rest goes to the trader 20%, the pool's LPs 20%, What The Hook 10% and the creator 40%.
Arb recapture, new poolsby What The Hook25% of recaptured profitHookr takes 25% of recaptured profit; What The Hook takes 25%; the rest is the pool's, set by the creator and frozen at launch.
Partner launchersThe launcher's integrator tierV2 launches through a partner launcher contract, at the tier the coordinator holds for that launcher; each new launcher adds its own stream.
Generation 5 fee (retained)0.3% flatETH-paired pools only; funds an owner-capped $HOOKR buyback and burn.

Every V2 share above is frozen per pool at creation and capped at 50%. A partner launcher can carry a lower integrator tier, set for it on the coordinator, below the 20% default share every other launch pays.

The burn count above is the dead-address balance at the block shown, stored every five minutes. This total includes every permanent burn, not the treasury's alone: the dead-address balance also carries burns funded from other sources.

Upcoming revenue streams

  • Directional tax profileDeploying soonThe protocol's frozen share of the tax stream on pools that adopt the directional tax profile, at the same default share as every other add-on.

Every new root profile brings its own streams, and there is no fixed limit on how many profiles can be sealed.
